“Remember Me”

Remember me with laughter not tears, for I am not far away.

I am the bird that you look up and see flying free.

I am the first hint of autumn that makes you feel happy.

I am the sound of the waves that break gently on the sand that help comfort you.

Remember me when you look into my children’s faces for my love lives on in them.

And when you feel you need some extra strength just close your eyes and remember me.
